Jolene Nawrocki, DNP, FNP, RN, has been a licensed medical professional for more than 15 years and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. She obtained her doctorate from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado and specializes in Primary Care, Regenerative Medicine, and Functional Medicine both as a visiting practitioner and in her own private practice. She holds specialized certifications in trigger point and joint injection therapies, medical aesthetics, IV hydration and hormone replacement therapy. Jolene lives in Wheat Ridge with her husband of 32 years and has 2 grown daughters and their husbands who live in Colorado & Florida. She most recently became a grandma to a beautiful granddaughter and has another one on the way in March of 2025.
